Rodney Twyford; the founder of Alamo Real Pro Inspection Group, developed an interest in the inspection industry after he and his wife built their first home in 1993. Through that process it was clear, the building construction industry needed quality control measures and homeowners needed to understand how to operate and maintain their largest investments. Rodney perfected his inspection skills and made a career move to the inspection industry in 2002. Through the years of building a great reputation educating and protecting our clients, as well as helping to foster effective communication between buyers and sellers of real estate, we have grown to become a trusted inspection company. Our mission is to protect everyone involved in the real estate transaction, through accurate reporting and equipping our clients with the knowledge necessary to make a sound real estate investment. Part of being a leader in the industry is taking the time to get involved by serving on committee boards. Rodney has served on the San Antonio Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors board for over eight years and has become a continuing education provider for the Texas Real Estate Commission. Though his love for this industry and managing a great team of real professionals has kept him busy, he has successfully imposed his skills on his team of inspectors that have developed a corresponding passion. Our team has now grown to a family of multiple inspectors, office staff, business development and client care experts. Our inspectors are professionally trained to inspect for buyers and sellers of new and old existing homes. Our services extend to new home building construction and commercial building assessments. Our team is also cross trained to offer other ancillary services such as irrigation systems, pools and spas, infrared imaging, aerial drone services, sewer camera scoping, water well equipment, and wood destroying insect inspections. If you are in the market to invest in real estate and more importantly move your family into a new environment, do yourself a favor and gather as much knowledge of the property as you can. This will help you to avoid costly repairs that could include health hazards. You may also want to work with a company that has earned their reputation through proven customer reviews, because hiring a low-cost inspector could prove to be your most costly hire.
